This ski vacation rental condo is just a Chondola ride to the core of Mountain Village\.  Dial\-A\-Ride is also available for your transportation needs around the Mountain Village\. Easy access to the Telluride Ski Resort and the Telluride Golf Club, this condo is a true value in vacation rentals\.  By getting to the the core of Mountain Village, you can also catch a free ride on the Gondola to the historic Town of Telluride\. 

The amount of natural sunlight that comes in will surely boost your mood for the day's adventures\.  Looking for hiking trails?  Two local favorites are nearby, the Jurassic Trail and Big Billies Trail\. The Free Sunset Concerts series are a mainstay in the Mountain Village core during the summer\. Enjoy all that the area has to offer from the Outlaws\!

Cancellation Policy 2021: As long as the Region is OPEN for travel, we are now taking the first payment of 33% at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 21 days before your arrival\.  Once booked, there are no change fees and flexible credits will be offered toward future stays within one calendar year of your original reservation\. We hope this provides you with more peace\-of\-mind when considering your next stay with Accommodations in Telluride\. If you decide you do not want to use money towards a future stay you may choose to cancel entirely\. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked\.  If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole \(depending on the amount of rebooked dates\) less the cancellation fee\.  The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid\.
