Enjoy your stay in this bright and spacious apartment located just steps from the beach\. Perfect for up to 4 guests, the unit features:
1 large bedroom with two twin beds\. A comfortable sofa bed in the living room\. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to feel at home\.

\~ Amenity Access: One\-time $30 FOB fee per 2 adults \(payable to the building\)
\~ Pets are not allowed
\~️ Parking: 1 day: $10 / 2 day: $40 / 3 days: $45 / 4 days: $60 / 5 days: $75 / 6 or 7 days: $90 / 8 days and forward: $125 / $175/month
