Top Level: The lovely great room with TV/DVD, offers fantastic views, and opens to the sunroom also with TV/DVD\. The kitchen is well\-equipped for your cooking enjoyment\. There is a primary bedroom on this level\. The decks overlook the pool area and ocean\. A half bath completes this level\.

If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
