Enjoy your stay at this historic South Park one bedroom apartment\. Part of a historically designated craftsman home, the location is in the very heart of South Park \-\- walk only steps to coffee shops, Buona Forchetta Italian restaurant, Enoteca wine, Kindred cocktails, and Harland Brewery\. A 4\-block walk to Balboa Park, 5 minute drive to downtown, or 10 min drive to Coronado Beach\. South Park's Spanish Colonial Revival architecture and tree lined streets give it an unmistakable charm\.

The Pacific boasts granite counters, a full kitchen, king sized bed, and a tile shower with rain fixture\.  There is a mounted flat screen television with Netflix and free high speed wifi internet\.  Free laundry is available in unit\.

Guests have direct and private access to the unit from the main entrance on Fern Street \(door to the left\)\.  Within the unit is a private full bath, kitchen, and bedroom\.  Please note that the backyard is not accessible to guests\.
