Though you may not want to leave this secluded oasis with all its thoughtful amenities and beautiful views, a quick drive takes you to Canyon Lake, Whitewater Amphitheater, Gruene, The Gorge, Overlook Park and hiking/walking trails, the Guadalupe River, shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and outdoor recreation and just over an hour to Fredericksburg for wineries and shopping\.
