We are in close proximity to West Sedona and many trailheads, including: Devils Bridge, Thunder Mountain, Mescal Trail, and Sugarloaf Mountain\. This is a rural area, a car is required for traveling in Sedona\. Uber/Lyft services are limited\. This home is in a residential area, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am\. Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $500 for deodorization\.
