Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms,  unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $1000\.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement\. 

 Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check\-in with full refund minus a $125 Cancellation fee or a $75 Change fee if applicable\. No refunds will be issued after this cut\-off date for any reason\. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions\.\*\*
