Gather around the open\-concept kitchen with bar seating, new appliances, and a fully stocked coffee station, or enjoy meals together in the dedicated dining area\.  Each bedroom is styled with cozy details, fresh linens, and plenty of natural light for a restful stay\.

When it's time for play, head to the converted garage/game room for a round of pool or darts, or pick fresh bananas from the trees in the yard\.  With keyless entry, provided beach gear \(chairs, umbrella, cart, cooler, beach towels\), and thoughtful extras like pool\-safe plasticware, your stay is designed to be as easy as it is enjoyable\.

\~ Dog friendly stay:  We warmly welcome well\-behaved canine companions \(no cats\)\. Jacksonville Beach is dog\-friendly, with many restaurants offering outdoor seating and water bowls for your pup\.
