This stunning home, just minutes from Downtown Austin, just underwent a complete renovation and remodel\! Inspired by the aesthetics of Palm Springs, this home is the perfect backdrop for your next trip to Austin\! With a sparkling pool and hot tub, a fire pit for those cooler nights, and an amazing Austin location, you'll never want to check out of this luxurious getaway\!

LIVING

The open kitchen, living, and dining areas are a welcoming space for your group to gather in\. The spacious and vibrant living space is adordned with a whimsical mural and offers plenty of seating\. Curl up with a good book on the comfortable couch or enjoy your favorite movie on the flat screen TV which offers cable \+ streaming\.  

KITCHEN

The kitchen, which overlooks the pool, is fully equipped with the essentials needed to whip up a memorable meal\. Guests can sit at the breakfast bar that seats 4 or at the dining table which seats 10\.  

BEDROOMS

The primary bedroom, which is on the first floor, offers a King size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination\. There are 2 additional guest bedrooms and a full size bathroom on the first floor\. Just up the stairs, is the loft area with a secondary living area and flat screen TV\. There are also 2 full bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the second floor\.

THINGS TO NOTE

1\) This is NOT a party residence\. The home is only rented to families, families with young children, family reunion, business travelers, and those looking to getaway for some R&R\. If a party is thrown during your stay, your reservation will quickly be terminated\.

2\) Outdoor activity is prohibited between 10 PM and 7 AM\. All guests must move indoors between that time, no exceptions

3\) No loud music is permitted throughout your stay\. This will be policed w/ decibel meter devices\.

4\) Pets are NOT permitted

5\) The driveway can park 2 cars in the driveway and street parking is permitted and easily available

6\) The pool heats to 85 degrees can be heated for a fee of $200/day\.
