Good to Know Before You Book:

Rentals for this property require an HOA approval\.  Any rental reserved online will be pending until the HOA approval process is completed\. 

Pet Policy: 
This home welcomes one well\-behaved dog or cat \(under 50 lbs\)\. After your booking, you'll be asked to confirm your furry friend’s details and submit the one\-time $200 pet fee \+ taxes\. Security Hold or Damage Waiver:
