Palmetto Dunes \#302 is a 3BR/2\.5Bath Condo located on the 3rd floor \(no elevator\) of this Oceanfront Building in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach\. This property has been updated with new furniture and has been freshly painted in 2025 throughout\. The kitchen and bathrooms have been upgraded as well\. The kitchen is fully stocked with all that you need to cook your favorite meals\. The living room has plenty of seating too\.

You will love relaxing on the furniture on the screened in porch watching the ocean waves\. It is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise or your favorite cocktail in the afternoon\. Right downstairs there is a great pool for you to enjoy\. Shop at the beach stores for some souvenirs\. You will love this location\! It is also close to Highway 17 so it is easy to get to all the attractions in the area\.
