Pankratz Pines is a log cabin style two story home, minutes to Bear Mountain Resort by car and within walking distance of the shuttles\. Guests will enjoy close proximity to the Bear Mountain Golf Course and Alpine Zoo as well\!

LIVING SPACE \- Spacious 1400\+ sq ft home with living room, TV, bar seating, a beautiful river rock gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating\. 

ROOMS & BEDS \- 3 bedrooms, 2\.5 baths\. Downstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, private bath with jetted tub, and balcony\. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and TV\. Downstairs third bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed and TV\.\. Extra blankets and pillows are available\.

KITCHEN \- Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more\.

AMENITIES \- Board games and card games\. Cable TVs and fast WiFi\. Relax in the jetted tub or near the cozy gas fireplace\. Laundry room with side\-by\-side washer/dryer\.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99\.300 limits maximum occupancy to 9 people \(8 adults max\)\. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person\. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance \- over occupancy could result in a fine or non\-refundable eviction\.
