• Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check\-ins or late check\-outs\. You may check\-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am\.

• Please note that hot tubs take around 6 hours to heat up\. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be completely hot upon arrival\.

• Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty\.

• Steep uphill driveway with 2 parking spots available\.

• We only allow a maximum of 2 pets, a maximum of 50 pounds each\. We charge a $75 pet fee per pet\. Also pets are not allowed on the furniture, must be potty trained, and must be kenneled when left at the property alone\.
