This beautiful 4 story town home will be your slice of paradise for the duration of your stay\! There are two units within one home which makes this listing perfect for family and friends who want to be close together with some room to spread apart\!

When rented together, this duplex is one of a kind on the San Diego vacation rental market\!  Great for a multi\-family vacation, bring your kids with their friends, the combined units sleep 13\. 

PROPERTY LAYOUT
817:
Level 1: Queen bed with en\-suite bath and smart TV\. 1 car garage and an extra parking space outside of the garage\. Parking notes: There's a one\-car garage \(6’10” H x 8’2” W x 17’8” D\) and one covered carport space \(7’1” H x 9’5” W x 20' D\)\.

Level 2: Guest bedroom with king bed and a smart TV\. A guest bath with walk in shower\. The kitchen and living area with stainless steel appliances, Smart TV, fireplace, dining table that seats 6, and two large sliders that open up to the balcony with a propane grill\.

Level 3: Washer/Dryer, King bed with Smart TV and work space\. There is also a guest bathroom with soaking tub, walk in shower, and dual vanity\.

Level 4: Roof deck with table to dine at and catch peek\-a\-boo views of the beach and bay\!

Level 1: Private garden bedroom with king bed, smart TV, en suite full bath and private entrance right off the patio\! Patio has outdoor seating\. 1 car garage with washer and dryer, and an extra parking space behind garage\!

Level 2: Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances\(including dishwasher\!\), Dining Area, Living room with flat screen smart TV and gas fireplace\. Guest Bedroom with queen bed, en\-suite full bath with shower\.

Level 3: Master Suite with King Bed and a twin bed, private balcony, and bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower\.

Level 4: Roof top deck above the trees and peek a boo views of the Ocean and Bay\!

You have access to the entire property\. This property includes two single car garages with carport parking spaces behind them, so you will have 4 spots total\. Garage Dimensions:  \(6’10” H x 8’2” W x 17’8” D\) and covered carport space \(7’1” H x 9’5” W x 20' D\)\.

Pack n play provided\.  Pack n Play linens and bedding are not provided, please bring your own\!

BOOKING TERMS:
Per the cancellation policy, eligible cancellations may receive a full refund less credit card processing fees\. These non\-refundable fees are charged by the payment processor at the time of booking and typically range from 3\.9% to 4\.7% of the total transaction amount\.  There is no grace period for Credit Card fees\.  Once booked credit card fees apply and can not be refunded\.

Long term renters of 21\+ days additional rules apply:
Cleaning Fee is an additional $125
Utility cap of $125/week
Pet fee $250 with separate Pet Lease

No Events, Zero Tolerance\.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old\.
