The Emerald Bay complex is highly sought after and centrally located just off Horseshoe bend, just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, Osage Beach, several golf courses, and tons of lakefront bars and restaurants including Shady Gators, H\-Toads, Dock Knockers and so much more\! Kitchen and Dining Area This beautiful open concept kitchen features black granite countertops, a large breakfast bar with four barstools, and a dining area with seating for four more around the table\. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare meals, and a Keurig coffee maker\. Living Room The living room features a couch, recliner, flat screen TV, and a gorgeous wall of windows with sliding glass door that opens to the balcony\. Master Suite The master suite features a king\-sized bed, dresser, nightstands, flat screen TV, and a large sliding glass door that also opens to the balcony\. The master bathroom features a double vanity sink and a tub/shower combo\. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom features two full\-sized beds, a nightstand, and large closet\. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government\-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check\.
