This excellent, newly updated, corner unit has so much to offer in terms of space and views\. While grilling on the private balcony or enjoying the private hot tub you will be able to see all of the Breckenridge Ski Area\. These are some of the most sought after views in town\! Take advantage of this comfortable unit while watching the flat screen TV or relaxing in front of the gas fireplace\. High\-def television is available in the living area, master and second bedrooms\. This is the only three bedroom unit in the building\! It comes equipped with a private washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and an underground heated garage parking space\. Park Avenue Lofts also has a common\-area outdoor hot tub, fitness center and conference center\. Being only a 1/2 block from Main Street and the slopes, everything is nice and close to this location\.
