Offering convenient single\-level living, this property has 1,721 square feet, two master suites \(each with en suite bathrooms\), an additional half bathroom — all to sleep up to eight guests in luxury and comfort\. 

When you first arrive at The Parkite, you will be greeted at the underground garage entrance to receive access to your designated parking space\. From here, you will take an elevator to the third floor condo\. There is also access to the building directly from Main Street\.

Upon entering the condo, you will step right into the fabulous great room holding the living room, dining area and kitchen, with hardwood floors throughout\. Many surrounding windows bring in the natural light and views\.
