Nestled within the picturesque Parks Edge community adjacent to the Village of Tannin in Orange Beach, this cottage provides a tranquil escape just minutes from the pristine beaches\.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the inviting main floor featuring a spacious open living space\. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern amenities, including a large island, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, making it a haven for culinary enthusiasts\. A full\-sized washer and dryer add convenience to your stay, while a half bath ensures comfort for all guests\. The living room is designed for relaxation, complete with a huge flat\-screen TV for entertainment\.

On the main floor, you'll find the Primary bedroom, offering a luxurious retreat with a comfortable King\-sized bed, a flat\-screen TV, and access to a private bath featuring a tub and walk\-in shower\.
