There is also a 10x30 boat slip available for rent\.

The kitchen features an open concept design, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials you need to prepare meals\. Enjoy meals at the large breakfast bar with four barstools, or head outside on the balcony and enjoy the view at the patio table\.

This condominium complex is located in the heart of Osage Beach at the 1MM of the Gland Glaize Arm\. Located close to the Osage Beach Outlets, Dirty Duck Boat Rentals, Pappos Pizza, Wobble Boots, Tire Biters, and more\! You can also watch the Formula boats from this condo\! 

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government\-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check\.
