## Description
Conveniently located next door to a Streetcar stop, Rhinegeist, and Findlay Market, this newly renovated condo is the perfect home base for urban explorers\. If you love small cafes, intimate artisanal restaurants, breweries and bars then this is the place for you\.

Bringing this historic building back to life has been a three\-year labor of love\. We preserved the 1890s ceiling stencils of Bavaria and Hohenzollern Castle and intermingled them with marbled quartz countertops, brand new appliances, an in\-unit washer/dryer and a comfy\-cozy bed\. We installed window coverings since these photos were taken \(May 2021\)\.

You can hop on the streetcar anytime as it’s here every 12\-15 minutes and free, so you don’t need an app or a paper ticket\. Just hop on board and take it all the way to the Ohio River for a walk, or catch a Reds ⚾️ game or Bengals game\!

There's a Red Bike rental station in front of Rhinegeist Brewery, Limes and Birds are abound\! Of course Über & Lyft as well :\) 

You are situated in the heart of Over\-the\-Rhine and the pulsating and bustling entertainment district known as the Brewery District along Elm ST\.  You will will have everything at your finger tips while your master bedroom is in the very back and surrounded by brick\.
