Ground level storage area\. Easy beach access\. Spacious oceanside deck with great views\. Deck has gate and porch furniture\. Spacious covered area underneath for gathering, storing bikes and beach gear\. Gas grill\. Enclosed hot/cold outside shower with dressing area\. Large sunroom\. Situated on a quiet street close to shopping and restaurants and easy access to the Emerald Isle Bike Path and NC Wildlife Boat Ramp\. Weekly only summer; three\-night minimum off\-season\.
