Tasteful decor, a neutral color palette and wood flooring throughout create a soothing atmosphere of traditional coastal charm\. Serve dinner al fresco on the private waterfront deck while watching the fishing boats come back to the marina at sunset\. The spacious primary suite also provides deck access, so you can wake up and enjoy your morning coffee with a water view\. 

During your stay, you'll have direct access to the boardwalk where you can take evening strolls along the marina and sound\. Dock Holiday is the perfect choice for boating and water toy enthusiasts, who can use the nearby public ramp and dock a vessel or jet ski's in the 35' private slip \(Rudder Canal \#25\)\. The Pirate's Cove community offers a variety of amenities, including an outdoor pool, fitness center, tennis, and volleyball court\. The onsite restaurant Blue Water Grill & Raw Bar overlooks the marina and provides lunch, dinner, and a full\-service bar with indoor and outdoor seating\. Located right across the Washington Baum Bridge, you'll be just a short drive from the public beach accesses in Nags Head\.

Can’t stay an entire week? Dock Holiday is available for short stays with flexible arrival/departure options\. For guests who like to plan ahead, partial week stays \(three\-night minimum\) can be reserved months in advance\. Choose any day of the week for check\-in and check\-out\.

No pets allowed\. No smoking/vaping\. Ask about our Military Discount\. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing\. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
