You will be able to access the entire condo including all bedrooms, bathrooms, balconie, also the common areas such as the roof\-top with the swimming\-pool and lounging area, etc\. To respect your privacy we will not bother you after check\-in unless you need us\. Feel free to reach out to us at anytime if you have any questions\.

\~ Please notice we only provide bottled water, toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap at arrival, after that you must buy as you need\. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person on the reservation and 1 kitchen cloth\.

\~The cleaning fee you pay, only includes the cleaning and disinfection of the property before and after your reservation\. Additional cleaning/change of linen and towels has an extra fee\.

\~ This unit accepts long\-term rentals\. If you are interested in extending your stay or booking for a longer period, please let us know in advance so we can assist you with availability, special rates, and arrangements\.
