You don’t get any closer to the water than this\!  Pelican Crossing at Sunrise Sunset is a spacious end\-unit, gulf front townhome located just past the rock wall on Cape San Blas\. It is directly on the beautiful white sand beaches and just steps \(and only a few\) from the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico\.  There are breathtaking views of the Gulf and Bay from every room in the home\.  Being just across the street from St Joseph Bay, it is within walking distance to a public kayak ramp which opens up into the head of the Bay\. There is a bike path across the street that extends the length of the peninsula\. 

By the way, the unit is perfectly named because one can enjoy both breathtaking sunrises and sunsets\!  The kitchen is stocked with all essentials needed\.  A 50” SMART HD TV is featured in the main living area\!
