Pack up your pooches and head to this pet friendly, centrally located property on Pelican Blvd\. This well\- equipped home offers a multitude to do with fun for the whole family\! Enjoy the ultimate Florida lifestyle at this gulf access residence\. Moor your rented boat along the dock or use the supplied fishing poles to try your luck at catching dinner\. Take the 2 kayaks out for a sunset paddle or hop on one of the 4 bikes to take a spin around the Cape\. Enjoy outdoor dining and grilling in the screened\-in lanai or take a float in the heatable pool while sipping on a beverage\. In the evening, cozy up on the couch to watch your favorites flicks\. Do it all or do nothing at all in this slice of vacation paradise\!

Pet Friendly \- please specify what type, breed, and size of pet for approval\. Pet Fee is $150/pet/stay\.
Pool heat is available at $25 / day or reduced rate for a month\.

Please note \- prior to booking there is 30 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced\. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings\. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check\-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay\.

Pet Policy: Our property welcomes 1 to 2 pets, each weighing up to 50 pounds\. For any specific restrictions or inquiries, please contact us directly\. A non\-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet applies, and advance notice is required\. Pet owners are responsible for their pets throughout the stay\. Please note, if pets are brought without prior notification to LoveRentals, an additional non\-refundable fee of $500 per pet will be charged\. Be sure to inform us about your pets before booking your reservation to avoid unexpected charges\.

No Smoking / or vaping of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking / vaping are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500\.00 penalty fee\.

\*\*The private pool can be heated for an additional daily fee and required for entire stay\. Pool heat must be requested 3 days before arrival\.
