Just a short walk across the street to the beach and a fantastic walking and bike trail right out the front door\. Begin your relaxation, kick up your feet and unwind on our white sandy beaches and emerald green waters\. The master bedroom has walkout balcony with views of the gulf and is equipped with a King size bed and in the guest room there is a king bed and a walkout balcony with amazing views of the Santa Rosa Sound waterway\.This property features a fully equipped kitchen, granite counter tops, beautiful wood floors through out, linens, washer/dryer, outside shower, single car carport, wireless, cable, patio chairs and umbrella\. New large sun deck off the dining room with chaise lounge chairs to relax and enjoy the sun, patio table and chairs\. You are sure to enjoy relaxing on any one of the 3 private balconies while listening to the sound of the crashing waves or enjoying the peaceful night breeze\.
