NOTICE: Pelican Watch is undergoing extensive renovation this year \(2026\), and construction crews are on site Mon\-Fri, 7:30AM\-5PM\. During these times, noise, debris, dirt, and dust will likely be experienced\. Unfortunately, the outdoor pool will be closed due to safety concerns, and direct access to the beach may be limited at times\. The indoor pool will remain open, and the beach can still be accessed via the town parking lot next to the building\.

This 11th\-floor oceanfront condo offers a comfortable and convenient retreat with breathtaking views and top\-notch amenities\. Guests can enjoy complimentary WiFi, central heat and air, and parking for two cars, along with access to a heated indoor pool, a seasonal outdoor pool, a hot tub, and shared beach access\.
