Protected by the Cape San Blas Peninsula, St\. Joe Beach is a small stretch of sugar\-white sands where gentle waves roll quietly onto the shore\.  The ideal location for young children and those who love cascading along searching for shells\.  Nestled between Mexico Beach and Port St\. Joe, this tiny coastal town is just a short drive to local shops and restaurants in both\.  

Pelican’s Perch is a gulf front, 3\-bedroom townhome perched directly on St\. Joe Beach\.  One of the most popular rental complexes and properties before Hurricane Michael, Gulf Aire Pelican’s Perch is a modern\-day replica of what it once was\.  A nod to the original, but with updated style and design\.  The main floor Is an open living area including a half bath, kitchen, dining area, and gulf front living room\.  The benefit of the openness is that the gorgeous gulf view and be enjoyed from anywhere on the main floor\.  Beyond the living room, step out onto the expansive deck that allows beach access by way of a private boardwalk\.  

Two of the three bedrooms are located on the second level, both masters, with one being gulf front\.  The gulf front master opens onto a gulf front deck with breathtaking views providing a place like no other to enjoy your morning cup of coffee\.  The 3rd floor houses a fantastic family bedroom with sleeping for a total of five, a reading nook, and a full bath\.  The queen bed on this floor is adjustable, raising or lowering to your desired comfort\.
