Penthouse by the Sea is an incredible 4th floor spacious condo with beautiful ocean views to the South & sunset bay views to the West\. PBTS is stumbling distance from the beach & located near Sandbridge Market, Sandbridge Island restaurant, Zeros subs and various ice cream shops\.  Relax by the pool or enjoy the private gym on site\. View all of Sandbridge from the balcony\!  
This is truly our "Happy Place" and hope it becomes yours too\. It's the perfect space to make memories with loved ones\!

The open floor\-plan offers a comfortable great room with plenty of seating  It opens to the kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and well\-stocked cabinets\. There are 3 charming bedrooms on the first floor, a King bedroom suite complete with a closet and access to beach and bay view balcony, and two King bedrooms with closets, that share a hall bathroom\.
The incredible loft area on the upper level is a perfect combination of an entertainment/living space with a large screen TV, a sleeping area with a queen bed, twin over double bunk bed and a full sleeper, Flat Screen TV\.
This space also includes a full bath and game/multi\-purpose room\! This property is decorated to make you feel right at home with a cool yet classy beach vibe\!
