Salty Seagull is a lovely beach cottage with its ground level design especially in mind for families with small children and elderly adults to enjoy with no stairs to climb\. Your beach access is just steps away to the beautiful white sands and blue waters as there is an unobstructed cement beach walkover beach boardwalk just across the street to use\. The gulf view sun room consists of a relaxing area to sit and enjoy your own quiet time or it can be used as a wonderful play area for the children\. The bright and airy main living room has an open concept design with dining room and a well\-appointed kitchen\. The kitchen has a large breakfast bar with bar stools, nicely updated kitchen cabinets, counter tops and stainless appliances and is well stocked to meet the needs of guests\. In the large outdoor courtyard, surrounded by palm trees and natural vegetation you will find a relaxing private small swimming pool for the children\! Colorful sails hang over the pool to provide ample shading from the sun\. There is also an outdoor sitting area in the courtyard along with two picnic tables, perfect for dining alfresco with the family\! A charcoal park\-style grill is provided for those family cookouts\. The home boasts of 3 comfortably appointed bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and can sleep 7\. Do not miss your chance to experience this true island darling\!
