This charming 4\-bedroom, 2\-bath home in Forest Hills comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests\. Centrally located less than fifteen minutes from downtown, the Legacy Museum, and the Rosa Parks Museum, this beautifully appointed home features modern touches and a fenced yard, perfect for kids and pets\. The Space:
This four bedroom, two bathroom home evokes the white picket fence, family friendly feel\. Downstairs has a living area with two armchairs, a couch, a queen sofabed, and a 50" Roku TV\. There are two bedrooms downstairs, one with a queen bed, another with a queen bed, and a full bathroom with a tub\. There is a full kitchen with all of the basic amenities necessary for cooking a home cooked meal\. The dining room seats six, and can double as a large mobile work and learning station when not enjoying family meals\. Upstairs has a King bedroom, another full bathroom, and another bedroom with two twins\. The outdoor deck looks out over a fully fenced yard, and has a table and chairs for enjoying the weather while watching kids and pets play\. Free wifi is included\. Pack\-N\-Play available upon request\. Vacuum available upon request\.

Additional Notes:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book\.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment\. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment\.
We are a pet friendly home\. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home\. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard\. All pets require a non\-refundable pet fee\. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this\. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets\.
