\- NOTE: Since the property is on a steep hill, it may not be suitable for small pets or small children\. A split rail fence runs the entire outside edge of the property
\- NOTE: Your safety matters\. This property features 1 exterior security camera on the front door facing the driveway\. The camera is outward facing and does not look into any interior spaces\. The camera records video and sound when motion is detected by the device
