A three story town home located less than 2 blocks to the beach and boardwalk with off street parking for 2 cars plus two on street parking permits for the City of Rehoboth\. The first floor provides a spacious kitchen, living and dining area with a half bath and a wet bar\.  The second floor includes one primary suite with full bath and two guest bedrooms that share an additional bathroom\. There is a rear patio with seating and a gas grill, along with an outside shower are provided on the exterior\. \*This is a non smoking unit and pets are prohibited\.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay\. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $234\.50

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager\. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled\.
