## Description
The welcome mat awaits at the door of this premium three bedroom and two bathroom condo, loaded with wonderful amenities, interesting artwork, and a gourmet kitchen\. Comfortable seats in the living area give you a space to plan your vacation activities, or sit back with a cold drink to watch the flat screen television or use the DVD player\. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a flat top range, granite countertops, all the items you need to cook meals, and four stools at the front of the breakfast bar\. Close by is a table with six chairs, and another table with four chairs on the patio\. Your master bedroom suite has a king\-sized bed, an armoire for a flat screen television and a DVD player, and a bathroom with a sink, vanity counter, and a combined bathtub and showers\. A unique feature is private access to an enclosed tiled patio with a pair of chairs, and a gate that leads outdoors\. The first guest bedroom has a double\-size bed and a twin\-size bed, and a television set perched on a dresser\. The other guest bedroom has a queen\-size bed and a flat screen television\. The fixtures in the second bathroom are identical to the ones in the master\.
