## Description
Prime views from the north and south, this end unit has it all\. The spacious living room has a sectional and two chairs to ensure all of the family has a comfortable place to sit to enjoy the flat\-screen TV\. The kitchen is open to the living area and has everything you need to cook a meal or whip up your family's favorite snack\. The dining table with six chairs is nestled in the corner with gorgeous views of the Gulf of America\. For additional seating, there are three stools at the bar\. You will love the wrap\-around south balcony overlooking the beach and Gulf\. It also includes a table and chairs \- the perfect place for a morning cup of coffee while watching the fishing boats travel through Perdido Pass as they head out for a day on the water\. The master bedroom has a king\-size bed and a private balcony looking north with a view of the bay\. A flat\-screen TV is on a corner shelf at a great height for viewing from bed\.
