## Description
The tropical colors and gorgeous views of this condo welcome you to the beach and make you want to stay forever\. There have been numerous updates to make you feel at home\. You will love the unique Mexican sun\-dried tile floors in the living area and the plantation shutters on all of the windows\. 

The living room is alive with color in the furniture and artwork\. Relax on the comfortable sofa or kick back in the new recliners and watch the 42\-inch flat\-screen television or listen to music on the CD player or the iPod dock\. 

The kitchen has granite counter tops, coordinating tile back splash, stainless steel appliances, upgraded faucet and everything you need to create a gourmet meal or quick snack\. A convenient wet bar is adjacent to the kitchen complete with recessed lighting, glass\-front cabinets, granite and a tile back splash\. The dining table seats four and is in the perfect location for meals with a view\. There is additional seating at the bar with four stools, or enjoy the table and chairs on the balcony for dining al fresco\.

After a fun day, you can retreat to the master bedroom and enjoy the 42\-inch flat screen television from the comfort of the king\-size bed or step out on the private north\-facing balcony for a different perspective\. The private master bathroom has a new walk in shower\. The second bedroom is furnished with a full\-size bed and a queen\-size bed\. A flat\-screen television can be viewed from both\. The guest bathroom is newly decorated and has a tub/shower combination\.

The highlight of your stay will be time spent on the balcony\. There are four counter\-height chairs made from recycled materials that give you an unobstructed view of the pool, beach, Gulf of America and Perdido Pass\. Have coffee on the balcony in the mornings and watch the fishing boats going out to try their luck or watch for dolphins playing just off\-shore\. This is the place will you want to come back to time after time\.
