Living area has plenty of comfortable seating and a spectacular PANORAMIC view of the Gulf\. Counters are granite throughout\. Also, THERE ARE FOUR \(4\) FLATSCREEN TVS for your enjoyment with direct tv and internet provided\.

Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steal appliances: Double Ovens, Double Door refrigerator with bottom freezer with icemaker/water dispenser on door, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, Mini Keurig and full size coffeemaker, etc\. There is seating for 3 at the breakfast bar and a dining table with seating for 6\. Enjoy eating by the floor to ceiling wrap around windows and sliders\.

Master Bedroom has a King\-size bed with Seahorse and Coral artwork and also includes a recliner and table lamp for enjoying a good book \- Master Bath is a full tiled walk\-in shower with new plumbing fixtures\.

Bedroom 2 has 2 Queen size beds and relaxing nautical artwork\.
