With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market\!\! Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full\-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 43" Smart TVs in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer\. There is a King bed in the Master, a King in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, and two Queen sized beds in the 4th bedroom along with a sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 12\. There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in\-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state\-of\-the\-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court\.
