## Description
Amazing views from the living room and beachfront balcony\. The balcony has bar height table with 4 swivel chairs and 4 patio chairs also\. Our third bedroom has all new furniture with a twin over double bunk with twin trundle and a single twin bed, Perfect for the kids but all rated for adults as well\. The living room also has new furniture with a new queen sofa sleeper and loveseat\. All bedrooms are equipped with smart flatscreen televisions\.

\*Please note: Phoenix I has a solar\-heated outdoor pool, during the months of October through March, which allows comfortable year\-round swimming\.
