This 14th floor corner unit is directly ON THE BEACH and offers spectacular views of the Gulf of America from the beach side balcony as well as glimpses of the City of Orange Beach from the street side balcony\. From this high level, the panoramic view is breathtaking\-watch dolphins playing or take in gorgeous sunrises and sunsets all from the comfort of your private balcony which also overlooks the beautiful Phoenix 1 pool and kiddie pool\. 

The spacious, well\-appointed unit sleeps 12 and features 3B/2B, washer/dryer, granite countertops, and large living/kitchen area\. The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom have king\-size beds, 3rd bedroom has 2 double beds, the sofa opens up to queen size bed, and 2 sleeper chairs in the living room each open up to twin\-size beds \- plenty of room for families and friends to enjoy gatherings while still having personal space\. 

The low\-density building with only 100 units is perfect for mature couples as well as families\. It is close to shopping and dining areas\. 

Please note that this is a NON\-Smoking Unit and smoking is not permitted in the condo or balconies\.
