Phoenix II 2118 is an adorable three\-bedroom, two\-bath corner unit that has been completely remodeled\.  The remodel was featured on HGTV’s Beachfront Bargain Hunt Renovation in season 3 episode 7 “Three’s Company on the Gulf Coast”\.
