This condo has recently undergone a series of beautiful upgrades, including scraped ceilings, freshly painted walls, ceilings, and doors, as well as the addition of elegant crown molding throughout\. The owner has thoughtfully enhanced the space with new bunk beds for the kiddos, a new sleeper sofa, and stylish new furnishings throughout the unit\. A brand\-new washer and dryer have also been added for your convenience\.

Step outside to enjoy the resurfaced balcony, now complete with all\-new balcony furniture, perfect for relaxing and taking in the views\.
