With hand painted walls from local artist Jan Dillon in the living room, bedroom and bathroom\. The kitchen is stocked with smallwares, has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, oak cabinets and a small flat screen TV on the counter\. The dining room seats four at the table and two at the kitchen bar\. The living room has a 46" flat screen TV, stereo, DVD player, a queen sofa sleeper and recliner\. The bathroom has been renovated with a granite countertop, new cabinets, tiled floor and walls, and a stand up shower\. The bedroom has a king bed, two dressers, a night stand, 32" 
flat screen TV and DVD player\. Ceiling fans are in both the living room and bedroom\. Tiled balcony with breathtaking gulf views seats four at the table and additional seating on a chaise lounge\.
