Phoenix IX is one of the newest and most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf\! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor\-to\-ceiling windows in the unit\. With over 1,570 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished\. 



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix IX condo: the unit is appointed with full\-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 48” flat screen HDTV in living room with wall mounted 32” TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer\. There is a King bed in the Master bedroom and the second bedroom two Queen sized beds\.



There is an outdoor pool with a secured kiddy pool, heated in\-door swimming pool on the 7th floor with incredible views, two Jacuzzi's, state\-of\-the\-art fitness center, and an indoor tennis court\.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation\.

Parking:  You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the parking passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival\. Parking pass fees are based on length of stay; 1\-10 nights is $60, 11\-31 nights is $110, 32\-61 nights is $210, 62\-91 nights is $310, 92\+ nights is $410\. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass\. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes\. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot\.
