Come relax in this ground floor Phoenix V 3br Beachfront Beauty\! Conveniently located on the ground floor\!  Also, enjoy the convenience of avoiding the elevators and walking straight from your patio to the outdoor pool and grills\!  There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the 2nd bedroom, two queen sized beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 10\.  



Phoenix V is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast\.  There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach\.   We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls\. 



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix V\. There are plenty of activities including a splash pad, weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool\. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing\.

Parking:  You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle\. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass\. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes\. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot\.
