## Description
Step into the luxury of your home away from home, at the Phoenix V, with this 1 bedroom 1 bath condo on the 9th floor\! 

The living room has a pretty ocean blue color with matching couches with end tables and lamps to bring out the beach vibe\. The middle couch is a queen\-sized sleeper sofa\. The living room is centered by a lovely oak coffee table over a matching area rug to tie everything together\. Across from the sitting area is a large flat screen TV on a black entertainment center\. Popcorn ceilings were removed and remodeled with a satin flat finishing\. 

The Bedroom has a beautiful king\- sized bed with a white wicker bedframe\. On each side of the bed are white wicker nightstands with lamps\. The wall is a pretty green to match the beach design\. Next to the closet is a large flat screen TV mounted on the wall\. Below a white wicker framed mirror on the wall is a matching wicker chest of drawers with a glass top\. The bathroom is a full bath with a huge mirror mounted on the wall\. 

The balcony has updated patio table and chairs to enjoy the view of the ocean\. 

The kitchen is decked out with a stainless\-steel refrigerator, a stovetop oven, a white dishwasher and microwave\. The kitchen walls are a light turquoise and has granite countertops with two barstools on the bar end of the counter\. New kitchen cabinets and a cocktail table\. 

The dining area has a lovely dark oak, granite top, dining table and chairs have been updated\. 

The condo has a full white washer and dryer\. 

This condo also comfortably sleeps, as well as entertains, up to 4 people\. The place was made for family and friends to create amazing memories that will last forever\!
