Phoenix VI \(Location, Location, Location\) has beautiful views of the Gulf of America and wide white\-sand beaches on its south side, and to the north is Cotton Bayou\. It is close to wonderful restaurants \(10 within ½ mile\), great grocery stores, drug stores, shops, beauty salons, and medical facilities\. It's within walking distance of two marinas as well\. 

Phoenix VI has indoor and outdoor pools, an indoor racquetball court, an exercise room, saunas and hot tubs\. Additionally, it has lighted, outdoor tennis courts and an outdoor basketball goal\. 

The lobby features a television, a sitting area with a library, and game tables\. 

Condo 61202 at Phoenix VI is a one bedroom, one bath unit that sleeps four on the 12th floor; it has 9\-foot ceilings with crown molding\.
