The master is furnished with a flat\-screen TV, private full bathroom and access to the large balcony overlooking the emerald waters of Orange Beach\.  The second bedroom is also furnished with a flat\-screen tv and private full bathroom\.  The upgraded kitchen is fully stocked and perfect for entertaining, the living area offers plenty of seating with a sofa and three chairs and a flat\-screen TV and the dining area offers seating for 6 plus 2 barstools at the wrap around bar in the kitchen\.  Relax on the spacious balcony with a dining set for four and a comfy lounge chair perfect for catching up on a good book or dolphin watching\.  Phoenix VI 812 is conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping\.

Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes\. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot\.
