Phoenix VII is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast\.  There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach\.



This 1BR Phoenix VII condo is one of the best on the beach\! Ideal for a couple or a small family\. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, wally ball, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court , beach volleyball and outdoor pool\. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbq'ing\.



Come relax on the 3rd floor private oversized balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf perfectly located above the outdoor pool\. The condo has one full bath off the master and the master bedroom has a king size bed\. The kitchen is fully equipped and has been upgraded to included granite countertops and custom cabinets\. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls\.



Our condo is located on the third floor, and not a far walk from the elevators\. Send me an email and ask about the many discounts\. In general this unit will be priced less than the on site management company\.

Parking:  You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the parking passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival\. Parking pass fees are based on length of stay; 1 night is $40, 2\-10 nights is $65, 11\-31 nights is $110, 32\-61 nights is $160, 62\+ nights is $210\. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass\. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes\. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot\.
