Nearly 2,000 sq\. feet, the condo is large and newly furnished\. Amenities: Our unit has granite countertops in the kitchen and master bath, full\-size stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, wet bar with Ice maker, 55” flat screen HDTV in living room with additional flat\-screen TVs in the bedrooms\. We also have a keyless entry lock on the front door so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with keys during your stay\!\! Laundry room has a full\-size washer and dryer\. There is a King sized bed in the master bedroom, a King sized bed in the 2nd bedroom, the third bedroom has two Queen beds and there are two sleeper sofa queens in the living room for sleeping up to 12\. There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced\-in kiddy pool, heated indoor swimming pool, two Jacuzzis, fitness center, four saunas, and roof\-top tennis courts\. We also have the condo next door should you need more space\! The nearby Wharf and Tanger Outlets feature world\-class shopping, dining, and entertainment, including outdoor concerts by nationally\-known artists\. Parking: Parking pass\(es\) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle\. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass\(es\)\.
